Responsibilities
Process bi-weekly payroll for 300+ multi-state employees using UKG/UltiPro
Pull and validate payroll reports—manually recreate reports in Excel to confirm accuracy
Perform payroll reconciliations and assist with journal entries (training provided)
Manage Time & Attendance and maintain precise payroll records
Research and resolve payroll inquiries with a customer service mindset
Support audits for retirement plans and workers’ compensation
Qualification
Required
Associates degree required
2+ years of full-cycle payroll processing experience
Experience processing multi-state and minimum 300+ employees
Advanced Excel knowledge with pivot tables and VLOOKUPS
