Responsibilities

Meet regularly with project delivery teams to ensure accurate forecasting and alignment with cost plans
Categorize project costs correctly to maintain financial accuracy
Drive conversations with Project Managers to ensure precise forecasts by period, category, capital, and expense
Collaborate with FP&A and Fixed Assets to align financial strategies
Lead and drive strategic initiatives such as automation, implementation, project costing, project budgets, project life cycle, and project cost analysis

Qualification

Full accounting experienceMicrosoft Excel proficiencyPower BI experienceProject management tool experienceAgile environment experience

Required

Full accounting experience, including ability and understanding of General Ledger Reconciliations and Consolidated Financial Statements
Proven experience handling project portfolios of at least $5-7 million in any variety, including IT, engineering, or construction
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pulling data from multiple sources and creating dashboards
Experience in Power BI or other data analytics tools
Experience with any project management tool

Preferred

Experience in Clarity is preferred but not required
Highly prefer candidates with Power BI experience
Experience in an Agile environment
