Responsibilities

Lead the Lending division and ensure exceptional member service aligned with high-quality standards

Implement, monitor, and evaluate the division's goals, tracking all incentive programs to motivate and enhance team performance

Develop, review, and administer policies and procedures to ensure compliance and robust internal controls throughout the Lending Division

Influence operational efficiency and member satisfaction while fostering an innovative and accountable culture dedicated to helping members achieve their financial goals

Oversee management staff, providing timely direction and evaluating employee performance to bolster team effectiveness

Monitor cost efficiency of division activities and evaluate the impact of strategic initiatives on overall Credit Union objectives

Develop training programs and foster a sales and service culture to enhance member service standards across the division

Facilitate ongoing interdepartmental collaboration to ensure successful implementation of new programs and systems

Required

Bachelor's degree in business related field preferred

Minimum of five years management experience

Must have knowledge and experience in sales management, including selling techniques, training, motivating and coaching

Strong strategic planning and organizational skills

Well-developed time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment

Must have high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations. Position requires demonstrated poise, tact, and diplomacy

Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office application (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

A superior level of member service, be a positive role model for staff, and demonstrate a high level of commitment to the organization

Thorough knowledge of mortgage lending policies, procedures, rules, and regulations

Must be able to be registered and obtain a unique identification number as a mortgage loan officer (MLO) on the NMLS list
