Implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote children's growth in all developmental areas
Create a welcoming, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment
Support children's learning and well-being in accordance with Head Start Performance Standards
Build positive relationships with families and help strengthen community connections
Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with program guidelines
Qualification
Required
Associate degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
At least 2 years of experience working with young children
A caring and patient approach
Strong communication and classroom management skills
Commitment to teamwork, flexibility, and professionalism
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
Experience working with young children in a Head Start or preschool setting
