Responsibilities

Content Creation & Strategy

Write clear, persuasive, and SEO-optimised copy for websites, landing pages, email campaigns, product descriptions, and more

Develop and maintain a consistent brand voice across all digital touchpoints

Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to inform content strategy

Partner with designers, marketers, and SEO specialists to produce integrated campaigns

Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas

Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and brand alignment

Guide & collaborate with strategic content & creative copywriters and contribute to a culture of creativity and excellence

Share best practices and support team development

Monitor content performance using analytics tools and iterate based on insights

Conduct A/B testing to refine messaging and improve conversion rates

Stay current with digital trends, audience behaviour, and emerging technologies

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree in English, Marketing, Communications, or related field

Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines

3+ years of experience in web copywriting, preferably in a digital agency or marketing team

Strong portfolio showcasing versatility across formats and industries

Preferred

Certifications in SEO, content marketing, or digital strategy

Familiarity with AI tools for content creation and optimisation
