Responsibilities
Deliver a memorable and exceptional experience to every customer
Accurately and efficiently complete customer paperwork and maintain thorough notes in our tracking system
Prioritize safe driving and maintain a clean driving record in accordance with company policies
Assist team members with various tasks as necessary
Drive a company-owned car to approximately 6-8 customer appointments daily, greet customers, inspect the car they are selling, complete paperwork on an iPad, arrange for the vehicle's pickup, and proceed to the next appointment
Qualification
Required
Customer service orientation with at least 2 years of customer-facing experience
Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) for the past 5 years
High School Diploma or equivalent
Valid Driver's License
Strong attention to detail and ability to communicate customer offerings clearly
Ability to walk/stand and sustain physical activity for extended periods (8+ hours)
Excellent visual acuity and manual dexterity required for frequent driving
Proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking, understanding)
Preferred

Goal-oriented, enthusiastic, and self-motivated
Team player with an understanding of teamwork value
Interest in working in a fast-paced environment
