Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle accounting for assigned clients, ensuring books are accurate, reconciled, and closed each month
Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, bank accounts, and balance sheet items
Prepare and review monthly financial statements and supporting schedules
Handle payroll accruals, inventory reconciliations, and expense classifications
Support tax and advisory teams with accurate financial data and documentation
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding accounting matters
Identify issues, investigate discrepancies, and implement effective solutions
Collaborate with internal team members to improve processes and service delivery
Qualification
Required
2+ years of full-cycle, accrual-based accounting experience
Strong proficiency with QuickBooks Online
Experience managing multiple clients or entities simultaneously
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently
Ability to adapt quickly to new tools, systems, and workflows
