Responsibilities
Support the finance team with a primary focus on accounts payable functions
Ensure timely and accurate processing of vendor invoices and payments
Assist the Accounts Payable Manager and team members with inquiries
Conduct back-up reviews of invoices and expenses
Provide training for D365 Accounts Payable module for business unit users
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in finance, management, business, or a related field
Strong understanding of financial accounting practices in a business or accounting office environment
Knowledge of GAAP and internal controls
Experience with accounts payable processes and expense management policies
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Preferred
Experience working with Commonwealth of Virginia ARMICS requirements
Experience in state government, particularly with CARDINAL
Familiarity with D365 Finance and Operations
