Responsibilities

Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of servers, workstations, and networking equipment

Perform system backups, restores, and disaster recovery operations

Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and resolve tickets in a timely manner

Ensure all IT hardware and software are functioning correctly and support users with technical issues

Perform routine security checks and help enforce IT policies, including password management and access control

Assist with software updates, patches, and system upgrades

Provide technical support to staff, including troubleshooting hardware/software issues

Document IT procedures, processes, and configurations

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or additional 6+ years of equivalent experience) and 2+ years of experience

Must possess an active Interim Secret security clearance with the ability to obtain a Secret clearance for consideration; US Citizenship required

1-2 years of experience in IT system administration or a related technical role

Familiarity with Windows operating system

DOD Computing Environment (CE) is required

Security+ is required
