Facilitating supplier reviews and ensuring best available service

Reviewing and re-negotiating existing catalogue prices quarterly

Initiating local benchmarking activity and sourcing alternatives

Hiring, develop, and manage the performance of local Procurement Administrators

Supporting management with the roll-out of new processes

Ensuring all supplier performance issues are logged and escalated

Providing reports and feedback to the Procurement Manager
