Responsibilities
Assist with event setup and breakdown including staging, seating, and equipment management
Guide attendees to their designated areas and provide information about the event schedule
Manage registration and check-in processes, ensuring a smooth flow of guests
Coordinate with vendors and exhibitors to facilitate their setup and needs during the event
Provide exceptional customer service to all event attendees, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly
Monitor event activities to ensure compliance with safety regulations and event protocols
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in event staffing is a plus
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate effectively with others
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift items as needed
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by event schedules
