Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain full stack applications leveraging Java, Spring Boot, and React/Angular
Architect and implement microservices-based solutions ensuring scalability and performance
Lead and mentor development teams across onshore and offshore locations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions
Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, Git, and UDeploy
Optimize application performance through JVM profiling, capacity planning, and performance tuning
Develop and maintain monitoring dashboards using tools such as Dynatrace, Humio, or Splunk
Ensure system stability, compliance, and adherence to security best practices
Troubleshoot and debug complex issues across the application stack
Drive adoption of DevOps practices and automation strategies
Leads in the development of the most complex new and emerging technologies and selects appropriate platforms, integrates and configures solutions
Develops software components and hardware for new and emerging technology projects; aligns these with business strategies and objectives
Consults junior staff regarding complex issues and best practices
Provides a systematic analysis on the most complex client requirements within the traceability framework and resolves any functional problems encountered
Oversees the quality of complex project deliverables while ensuring that they are in compliance with relevant standards and processes

Required

Extensive experience in designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-level applications using modern frameworks and cloud technologies
Strong technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and the ability to mentor onshore/offshore teams while driving best practices in software development
Design, develop, and maintain full stack applications leveraging Java, Spring Boot, and React/Angular
Architect and implement microservices-based solutions ensuring scalability and performance
Lead and mentor development teams across onshore and offshore locations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions

Roles at this level typically require a university / college degree, with 5+ years of industry-relevant experience
In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered
