Helping members when they come into the service center, directing them to the appropriate team members and products
Qualification
Required
High school education or equivalent required, some college preferred
2+ years of experience in the Insurance industry
Must have customer service experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with high level of responsiveness
Proficiency in Microsoft and database systems
Preferred
P&C license preferred
