Responsibilities
Execute with Enterprise Sales Strategy to drive revenue growth in targeted sectors
Participate in a high-performing sales team to meet and exceed sales targets
Collaborate with executive leadership to refine the company’s market positioning and value proposition
Pitch directly to the prospect’s C-Suite
Identify, prospect, and engage with potential enterprise clients within the designated supply chain sectors
Leverage an existing robust Rolodex to expand the company’s network and drive new business opportunities
Own the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring a seamless, consultative solution-selling approach
Responsible for self-sourcing leads
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their business challenges and aligning our software solutions to meet their needs
Monitor market trends and competitive activity to inform strategic decisions
Provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports to the executive team
Utilize Salesforce and continue to optimize the sales processes
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 7+ years in enterprise software sales with a focus on supply chain solutions
Proven track record in solution selling and closing complex deals end-to-end
Deep understanding of supply chain dynamics within retail, pharma, manufacturing, or 3PL/logistics
Demonstrated ability to execute Solution-Based Selling and operate within an MEDDPIC framework
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, early-stage environment
