Qualification
Required
Possess a valid Real Estate License
Expertise in Real Estate transactions, Sales, and knowledge of Real Property laws
Strong Customer Service skills and ability to build and maintain client relationships
Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
Proficiency in using real estate tools and technology, including MLS systems
Self-motivated and results-oriented with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
Preferred
Prior experience in residential or commercial real estate is highly desirable
