Responsibilities

Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to understand or identify defined work problems and program goals, obtain prioritized deliverables, and discuss program impact
Advise and drive key decisions and projects (e.g., experimentation, publication, product launches, etc.)
Build and deploy tools and processes to collect, distill, and generally manage organizational information (e.g., progress/health of product engagements, resource management, executive reviews, etc.)
Establish programs and relationships, influencing and optimizing solutions at the company, product area, and organization level to maximize research time and drive key outcomes
Enable and accelerate key research pursuits, unifying multiple teams, toward transformative breakthroughs for technologies and Google products

Required

Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience
2 years of experience in program management
Experience working on AI Models
Experience in a research lab environment

Preferred

2 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects
Excellent decision-making and thought leadership, with proven influencing skills across all organizational levels, within cross-functional, high-ambiguity projects/programs
Excellent technical acumen, and complex data management (e.g, business intelligence platform, dremel, SQL), process automation, and tooling design/development skills
