Responsibilities
Make outbound sales calls to prospective clients (Gynecologists, Hospitals & Andrology labs)
Conduct cold calling & build new lead pipelines
Perform consistent follow-ups until conversion
Understand individual customer requirements and respond with personalized solutions
Provide virtual product demonstrations to doctors & hospital owners
Maintain lead records and daily activities on HubSpot CRM
Document sales updates in Excel, Word & CRM systems
Represent the company professionally with proper telephone & communication etiquette
Handle objections and rejections positively while keeping strong conversion focus
Achieve monthly & quarterly sales targets
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding of new clients
Qualification
Required
Minimum 1 year of Inside Sales / Tele-sales experience
Excellent Hindi & English communication skills
Confident in making calls and handling objections
Consistent follow-up mindset — persistence is key
Quick learner with adaptability to product training
Positive attitude and willingness to grow
Ability to work collaboratively in a team
Proficiency in Excel, Word & email communication
Preferred
Basic knowledge of CRM software (HubSpot preferred)
