Responsibilities

Manage the full client renewal lifecycle, partnering with account managers on pre-renewal planning, quoting, implementation, and post-renewal wrap-up activities

Administer ongoing plan changes and carrier coordination, including employee enrollments and terminations, invoice reconciliation, and accurate execution of carrier submission requirements

Provide responsive client support and issue tracking, handling inquiries and concerns via phone and email, maintaining detailed records in Gen4, and analyzing client feedback to identify and escalate potential issues

Required

Strong organization and written/verbal communication skills

Obtain a life and health license within six (6) months of hire

Strong interpersonal skills and self-motivated

Minimum 3 years of work experience in customer service

Excellent data entry skills combined with strong proficiency in MS Office software and efficient execution of administrative tasks

Preferred

One or more years of relevant insurance experience, preferred
