Responsibilities
Requirement gathering: Work with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into functional NetSuite solutions
System configuration: Configure NetSuite to align with client business processes, including financial workflows, general ledger, and reporting
Implementation and deployment: Lead end-to-end implementation projects, including data migration from legacy systems
Optimization and support: Provide ongoing support and strategic guidance to optimize system performance and user adoption
Process improvement: Analyze existing processes and recommend improvements and best practices within NetSuite
Training and documentation: Train end-users and create necessary documentation for the system
Troubleshooting: Address and resolve issues that arise during and after implementation
Qualification
Required
Experience with NetSuite ERP implementations and functional consulting
Strong knowledge of financial and accounting principles (e.g., general ledger, month-end close, AP/AR)
Experience with specific financial workflows like Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) is often required
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
Experience with business process mapping and data analysis
Familiarity with integrations is often a plus
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future
