Responsibilities
Own architecture and development of Traba’s core product platform
Lead feature development across web, mobile, and backend systems
Work directly with the CTO on system design, technical strategy, and roadmap decisions
Drive engineering best practices in a fast-scaling, early-stage environment
Balance speed, quality, and long-term technical foundations
Architect scalable systems supporting real-time staffing operations
Lead complex product initiatives from design through production
Improve system reliability, performance, and developer experience
Mentor engineers and raise the overall engineering bar
Collaborate closely with product, ops, and leadership teams
Qualification
Required
5+ years of professional software engineering experience
Strong system design and full-stack development skills
Experience building and scaling production systems
Comfortable operating in ambiguity and making high-impact decisions
Strong ownership mindset and product intuition
