Develop new shipper relationships across international Air & Ocean freight
Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through to contract close
Sell solutions across air and ocean lanes, aligned to customer supply chain needs
Work closely with operations and pricing to deliver competitive, executable solutions
Build and manage a structured pipeline with clear revenue ownership
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in Air & Ocean freight sales within a freight forwarding or international logistics environment
Comfortable operating in competitive, performance-driven markets
Strong new-business mindset with the ability to open doors and close
Confident engaging shippers across multiple industries
Disciplined approach to pipeline and forecast management
