1+ years expLidl US is searching for the next CRM Analyst, Analysis & Reporting to join our CRM & Loyalty team! The CRM Analyst will drive performance across all CRM and Loyalty initiatives by delivering data-driven insights and reporting to inform strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities
Develop and maintain regular KPI reports, utilize standardized dashboards
Analyze campaign and program performance, identifying trends and insights
Support leadership with data-driven recommendations and presentations
Collaborate with internal and international analytics teams to align on methodology
Ensure data quality and consistency across systems and reports
Conduct data entry and data management for various department projects
Assist with the development of training materials such as manuals, handbooks, presentations, diagrams, workflows, and project plans
Qualification
Required
Experience in CRM or marketing data analysis
Proficiency in BI tools (e.g., Looker Studio, Power BI)
Proficiency in SQL
Excellent numerical and problem-solving skills
Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficient in Google Suite or related software
Ability to work independently
Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, or similar field
1-3 years of experience in a related field
In lieu of degree, 5+ years of experience in related field will meet the education and related experience requirements listed above
Preferred
Experience in A/B testing and experimentation analysis
Ability to define and track key CRM metrics related to the customer lifecycle (e.g., Conversion Rates, Churn, Customer Lifetime Value)
Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM platform
Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) Proficiency
Operational CRM Understanding: Practical knowledge of customer journeys and segmentation to objectively evaluate and optimize measures ideally in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
SQL certification
Advanced Excel / Financial Modeling Course(s)
Salesforce Certified Administrator
Data Analysis & Visualization Certification(s)
