Responsibilities
Build and maintain core product features across web and mobile platforms
Deliver high-quality frontend experiences while collaborating closely with backend systems
Work alongside senior engineers and the CTO to execute product decisions
Take ownership of features from development through production
Thrive in an early-stage, in-person environment where execution matters
Create and refine product interfaces for workers, businesses, and ops teams
Manage complex UI state and data-driven workflows
Integrate frontend applications with backend APIs and services
Ensure accuracy, responsiveness, and performance across devices
Iterate quickly based on real operational usage and feedback
Qualification
Required
2–5 years of professional software engineering experience
Strong experience building production applications using React
Comfortable working with APIs and collaborating across the stack
Proven ability to ship features end-to-end
High ownership mindset with attention to detail and product quality
Preferred
Exposure to React Native or mobile development is a plus
