Responsibilities

Engage directly with clients, utilizing chats and scheduling meetings to address issues such as payroll discrepancies, API integrations, and vendor communications
Maintain high-performance integration operations and ensure customer satisfaction
Collaborate closely with third-party vendors, project teams, and the internal benefits team to ensure smooth data transmission and integration processes
Validate configurations and handle escalated customer concerns efficiently

Required

Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or the equivalent work experience
Passion for delivering an outstanding Tier II customer experience
1-3 years of experience in data integration, report writing, API or HR Payroll or Benefits industry
Demonstrated success in a fast-paced role requiring strong attention to detail, teamwork, initiative and critical thinking
