This role focuses on architecting and building solutions for the existing machine learning platform to deliver advanced healthcare outcomes, collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement machine learning and Generative AI models into production.

Responsibilities
Design and develop production-grade Machine Learning operations and Generative AI solutions
Lead the delivery of scalable GenAI solutions from prototyping through to production monitoring
Build internal copilots and assistants for knowledge search and content generation
Architect and improve ML platform components including feature stores and deployment pipelines
Collaborate with data engineering and software teams to maintain model health in production
Qualification
Required
Five or more years of experience building production software and machine learning systems
Proficiency in Python and deep learning stacks such as PyTorch or Transformers
Experience delivering RAG, prompt engineering, and evaluation frameworks in production
Technical expertise in APIs, distributed systems, and MLOps tools like Kubernetes and CI/CD
Experience with big data platforms including Postgres, Redshift, Snowflake, and Vector databases
