Responsibilities
Handle communication by telephone, e-mail, and written correspondence
Perform various clerical duties within the department, including issuing and mailing of payments and PR related funds, handling PR related accounting and reporting with a high degree of accuracy
Submit supply orders for department and PR Reps in the field, including ordering and proofing business cards
Distribute department mail and retrieve checks from General Accounting
General office filing and clerical support for the department as needed
Work directly under the supervision of the Unit Manager
Other duties as required by the department
Qualification
Required
Must possess a High School diploma or equivalent
Minimum typing requirement of 30 wpm
Ability to operate standard office equipment as well as various software packages required by the department
Ability to understand and apply a variety of oral and written instructions
Proficient in effectively communicating both in writing and verbally with proper grammar, word usage, punctuation, etc
