Senior LevelThe Aesthetic Syndicate is seeking a proactive and strategic Human Resources Business Partner to support their rapidly growing organization. This role involves leading HR initiatives, providing strategic partnership to business leaders, and driving talent development and organizational health.

Responsibilities
Serve as the primary, strategic HR consultant to business leaders, providing end-to-end support across assigned functions and complex initiatives
Drive high-impact HR projects from initial concept through successful execution, ensuring accountability, quality, and timely delivery of results
Collaborate closely with managers to design, implement, and support impactful onboarding, training, and professional development programs
Provide expert coaching and guidance to leaders on complex employee relations issues, performance management processes, and the execution of people strategy
Support critical workforce planning, organizational design efforts, and talent initiatives that directly align with and support overarching business goals
Lead all HR activities related to mergers and acquisitions, including seamless employee transitions, onboarding, policy alignment, and change management strategies
Ensure all HR practices strictly comply with applicable employment laws and internal policies. Maintain accurate documentation and manage HR data effectively while prioritizing multiple, competing demands
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
Proven, hands-on experience as an HR Business Partner or similar HR generalist role in a dynamic setting
Exceptional organizational skills, with a demonstrated capacity for critical and strategic thinking
Excellent interpersonal skills and a genuine 'people-first' mindset
Demonstrated ability to take initiative, work autonomously, and manage projects end-to-end with minimal supervision
Comfortable and effective working onsite in a collaborative office environment
Preferred
Strong preference for candidates with exposure to or direct experience supporting mergers and acquisitions
