Responsibilities
Weekly Zoom training and development sessions
Develop marketing strategies across platforms
Learn and implement social lead generation techniques (guided)
Conduct structured phone/Zoom interviews with applicants/candidates (scripts provided)
Arrange follow-up appointments and online Q&A/info sessions
Mentor/support new clients with guidance and training
Build your online presence and grow your personal brand using multiple marketing methods
Qualification
Required
Minimum 5 years professional experience
Familiarity with Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn
Excellent phone communication skills and comfortable on Zoom
Passion for continuous learning and personal development
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and able to operate as an independent contractor
