In this role, you will collaborate with sales agents, provide client support, and engage in lead generation while receiving comprehensive training and mentorship.

Responsibilities
Work with sales agent to guide their clients to homes
Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ search criteria
Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients
Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week
Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
Participate in team activities per team standards
Track tasks and activities in Brivity Technology
Qualification
Required
Active California Real Estate License (or currently pursuing)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Professional, friendly, and confident when interacting with clients
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Growth-minded, coachable, and eager to learn proven KW models and systems
Able to follow established processes while maintaining a high level of service
Willingness to attend trainings, coaching, and team activities
Reliable transportation and availability for showings and client appointments
Strong time-management and self-leadership skills
