Responsibilities

Work with sales agent to guide their clients to homes
Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ search criteria
Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients
Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week
Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
Participate in team activities per team standards
Track tasks and activities in Brivity Technology

Preferred

Active California Real Estate License (or currently pursuing)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Able to follow established processes while maintaining a high level of service
Willingness to attend trainings, coaching, and team activities
Reliable transportation and availability for showings and client appointments
Strong time-management and self-leadership skills
