Responsibilities
Develop and optimize food processing systems to improve efficiency and product quality
Design and implement process improvements for existing production lines
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and industry standards
Collaborate with R&D, Quality Assurance, and Operations teams to scale up new products
Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and recommend solutions
Support equipment selection, installation, and validation
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Food Mechanical, Mechanical, Chemical Engineering, or related field
3+ years of experience in food processing or manufacturing environment
Knowledge of food safety standards (HACCP, GMP, FDA regulations)
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Experience with automation and control systems
Knowledge of Unit Operations in Agriculture Process
Strong project management skills
