Responsibilities
Attend the Scrum meeting of the team you will be supporting (weekly or daily)
Create user stories to describe work items, with clear descriptions and acceptance criteria
Prioritize stories for the backlog and keep the team organized and focused
Conduct weekly meetings and monitor the health of the Kanban or Sprint board
Encourage team members to utilize JIRA for task management
Drive open communication with team members
Be the servant leader for the team members, mentoring/assisting them when needed
Identify opportunities for improvement and be “THE CHAMPION OF CHANGE”
Qualification
Required
Demonstrated expertise and application of Agile methodologies, techniques and frameworks
Successful track record of driving and facilitating teams
Commitment to continuous learning and mindset of relentless improvement
Experience using Jira, Kanban or Sprint Board, Slack
Excellent communication, analytical, mentoring and problem-solving skills
Preferred
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification
