Responsibilities

Conduct thorough analysis of the revenue cycle processes, including billing, coding, collections, and reimbursement

Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement strategies to enhance revenue cycle performance

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, billing, coding, and compliance, to ensure accurate and timely revenue cycle operations

Develop and maintain Revenue Cycle Performance metrics, reports, and dashboards to track key performance indicators

Analyze data and trends to identify revenue cycle bottlenecks, issues, and opportunities for improvement

Provide recommendations and implement solutions to optimize revenue cycle processes, reduce denials, and improve cash flow

Stay up to date with industry regulations, coding guidelines, and payer policies to ensure compliance and maximize reimbursement

Participate in revenue cycle audits and assist with the resolution of identified issues
