Responsibilities

Lead all Puget Sound E7 USAF production and modification activities in the Puget Sound, and reach back support for the modification ongoing in the UK, ensuring alignment with production performance goals
Develop and execute E7 production strategy and production proposal activities, in alignment with new business initiatives
Monitor production performance to ensure it aligns with cost and schedule targets, implementing corrective actions as necessary
Lead risk, issue, and opportunity management for E7 production and modification programs, proactively identifying and mitigating potential challenges
Support USAF E7 customer engagements, providing updates on program status and addressing any concerns
Drive operational excellence across all program facets, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
Provide leadership to ensure collaboration across operations, production engineering, quality, materials management, industrial engineering, and other functional stakeholders
Oversee the management of the DMS (Data Management System) to ensure accurate tracking and reporting of production and modification activities

Required

5+ years of experience leading or managing projects that involved cross-functional or cross-business unit teams
Familiar with Manufacturing Engineering in A/C Mod or production environments
The ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
Effective communication, organizational and team oriented skills
The ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship
An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required

Preferred

Minimum of 5 years of experience in one or more of the following areas: Manufacturing, Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain/Material Management, Quality, Supplier Management, Environmental Health and Safety or Information Technology
3+ years of experience in the production, modification, and/or conversion of airplanes
3+ years of experience in project management and the ability to work on several projects simultaneously
A Bachelor's degree or higher
