Responsibilities
Build and own core web and mobile products used by industrial workers and business customers
Ship features across React (web) and React Native (mobile) with high product quality
Work closely with backend services and APIs powering real-time staffing operations
Partner directly with senior engineers and the CTO on feature execution and technical decisions
Operate in an early-stage environment where speed, ownership, and clarity matter
Develop user-facing experiences for workers, operators, and internal teams
Implement clean, scalable frontend architecture with strong state management
Integrate frontend systems with backend APIs and services
Ensure pixel-perfect UI, responsiveness, and performance across devices
Contribute to product iteration based on real customer usage and feedback
Qualification
Required
2–5 years of software engineering experience in production environments
Strong experience with React
Comfortable working across the stack and integrating with APIs
Experience shipping real products, not just prototypes
Ability to work independently and take ownership in a fast-moving, in-person startup
Strong attention to detail and product quality
Preferred
React Native experience is a big plus
