Responsibilities
Lead and manage TDOC's offender housing program and supervise four regional housing staff
Develop and implement strategies to increase housing capacity for probationers and parolees
Build and maintain partnerships with state and local agencies to support housing initiatives
Oversee the TDOC Transitional Housing Program, including provider recruitment, site visits, and stakeholder engagement
Review and approve housing provider invoices; coordinate payment processing with the Tennessee Housing Development Agency (THDA)
Manage grant funds and submit required reports to enterprise partners
Track and evaluate Transitional Housing Monthly Progress Reports for each program participant (offender)
Contribute to training development, data compilation, research, reporting, and policy/system enhancements
Participate in strategic planning for statewide housing development
Maintain confidentiality and foster professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Travel and flexible scheduling required

Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university
