Responsibilities
Contribute to receiving deliveries, checking inventory, and setting up products according to a floor plan specific to each sale, ensuring compliance with the brand’s merchandising guidelines
Greet clients upon arrival: check invitations and manage coat check
Provide personalized service and styling assistance across all product categories (RTW, Knitwear, Shoes, Jewelry, Leather Goods…)
Maintain product displays and ensure restocking throughout the event to support sales and client satisfaction
Operate the cash register and process transactions, delivering an exceptional customer experience at checkout
Assist with reconditioning collections according to precise brand guidelines and their requirements
Qualification
Required
Prior retail experience in ready-to-wear, jewelry, or leather goods, preferably in a high-volume environment
Energetic, reliable, and customer-focused
Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong sense of service
Adaptable, proactive, and comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced setting
