Responsibilities
Deliver projects within the constraints of scope, quality, time and budget
Own the sprint processes for software development, including sprint planning and delivery, tracking and improving progress and processes, and reporting to multiple levels of management and stakeholders manage prototype device inventory
Requires project-level strategic planning, communication, complex issue resolution, and team integration
Work with internal technology researchers and engineers as well with external vendors to deliver technology advancements into integration programs
Oversight of project scope definition and management, requirements gathering and documentation, time estimating, project schedule development and tracking, project budget management, project status reporting, issue and risk management, contingency planning, customer interaction, and communications across multiple organizational levels
Qualification
Required
Experience with Agile Software Development practices, including work estimating, tracking, and delivery
Understanding and experience with electronics hardware fundamentals
Proven people management and team building skills
Demonstrated ability to be effective at organizing, communicating and executing against plans in a highly dynamic environment
Ability to learn business processes quickly and to work well with business partners at different levels within the organization
Strong ability to assess risk and apply management principles to technology applications/products and business functions
Experience delivering technology and business application solutions in a large-scale, multi-platform systems environment
Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field required
PMP or PMI certification
Preferred
MBA or other related advanced degree
