Responsibilities

Planning, execution, and delivery of Industry 4.0 projects, on budget and schedule, ensuring they align with our strategic goals and deliver tangible business benefits
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business requirements and priorities
Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and manage resources to ensure successful project execution within established constraints
Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track and within budget and schedule
Communicate project status, milestones, and key insights to senior management and stakeholders, providing regular updates and recommendations
Proactively identify and manage changes in scope
Drive continuous improvement efforts to optimize processes, increase efficiency, and enhance the overall effectiveness of Industry 4.0 initiatives
Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in Industry 4.0, and incorporate relevant insights into project planning and execution

Required

Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 2 years of prior relevant experience unless prohibited by local laws/regulations
Demonstrated experience with project management ideally in an industrial or manufacturing environment
The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance

Preferred

Lean manufacturing experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to present ideas to senior level stakeholders
Strong understanding of Industry 4.0 technologies and concepts, including IoT, AI, machine learning, robotics, and data analytics
Familiarity with Industry 4.0 and Smart Factory principles, technologies and/or techniques
Experience with planning and execution of capital investment plans and appropriations requests (ARs)
