They are seeking a full-stack AI developer to design and build applications powered by LLMs and agentic workflows, collaborating closely with product and design teams to create intuitive and helpful features.

Responsibilities
Design and build features using modern LLM workflows (RAG, agents, tools, structured prompting, evals)
Prototype quickly using AI coding tools - while ensuring code is still maintainable and reviewed
Implement guardrails, observability, and feedback loops to make AI outputs reliable and safe
Work with product to translate user problems into testable experiments and shippable features
Integrate AI services (closed-source + open-source models) depending on cost, latency, privacy, and risk
Contribute to our developer experience: CI/CD, testing, monitoring, and automation
Stay current with emerging AI platforms, benchmarks, and best practices — and help us adopt them thoughtfully
Qualification
Required
