The Lease Account Manager will focus on growing the rental and lease markets in the Pittsburgh and Butler areas, enhancing customer relations, and developing new client relationships.

Responsibilities
Assist in developing and implementing new lease sales and marketing programs
Maintain policies and procedures for Leasing and Rental operations, to include check-in/ check-out of equipment, vehicle files, customer files and daily yard check
Develop and maintain relationships with large volume lease and rental customers
Create target lists within assigned territories and recruit creditworthy prospects
Responsible for contacting new prospects via email, networking, cold calling, and participating in sales blitzes
Responsible for the growth of truck leasing operations in assigned territories
Develop and present sales proposals to new prospects for full-service lease, contract maintenance, etc
Maintain good business relations with existing contract customers, as well as develop new relationships
Provide monthly sales reports to management as required
Maintain a customer/prospect sales database
Other duties as assigned
Local travel required
Participation in customer appreciation events required
Qualification
Required
Exceptional verbal and written communication, effective time management, and strong analytical skills
Possess strong computer skills, including experience with CRM software, i.e. Salesforce
Preferred
2-3 years related experience in sales, truck rental, or leasing sales preferred not required
Bachelor's Degree preferred
