Responsibilities

Responsible for client service. Respond timely to client service requests as well as identify problems and develop strategic solutions

Manage communications for new business quotes, renewals, policy changes, audits and billing

Understand complex exposures including specialty product lines

Prepare applications, proposals and related items for existing and new business

Organize and prioritize workflows for assigned book(s) of business

Provide expert professional support to our Agent Owners and help grow and retain business

Assist with client management system and support administrative tasks and marketing projects

Work with sales professionals to review client exposures, loss experience, current coverages and recommend appropriate products and services on an annual basis

Utilize the agency management systems in an accurate and timely manner to enter and maintain all pertinent information
