Responsibilities

Analyzes complex financial data and trends to support strategic decision-making by senior leadership
Prepares financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for internal stakeholders
Leads budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
Conducts variance analysis to identify key drivers and recommend corrective actions
Develops financial models to evaluate business performance, investment opportunities, and risk scenarios
Partners with cross-functional teams to support financial planning and resource allocation
Monitors KPIs and financial metrics to assess business performance and support continuous improvement
Supports quarterly and year-end financial reporting and audit processes
Recommends process enhancements and efficiencies to improve financial planning operations
Provides mentorship or guidance to less senior financial analysts

Required

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field required (OR equivalent combination of education and related professional financial analysis experience.)
Five (5) or more additional years of relevant experience in financial planning, budgeting, and analysis
Strong knowledge of GAAP and corporate finance principles
Experience in developing executive-level financial reports and recommendations
