The role involves designing and deploying solutions to operational challenges, maintaining asset data, and collaborating with local teams to enhance processes and training.

Responsibilities
The CMMS Engineer will be responsible for setup and maintaining site asset data through Hexagon EAM
The engineer will work within the data centers to ensure that asset details are captured to match the digital record
They will work with corresponding teams to align and schedule maintenance within the CMMS application
The engineer will proactively perform routine data scrubs, identify and correct any anomalies, while continuously looking for ways to automate and enhance processes
They will also plan and conduct training and workshop sessions for large audiences within the organization
Qualification
Required
4+ years of Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) experience
4+ years of relevant work in a data center or other critical environment experience
5+ years of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, and Excel experience
Experience with Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, and Excel
Preferred
5+ years of Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) experience
3+ years of construction or project management experience
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
Experience gathering business requirements, using industry standard business intelligence tool(s) to extract data, formulate metrics and build reports
5+ years working with Hexagon EAM system administration
