Sales Development Representative

Build targeted prospect lists based on ICPs
Run cold email, cold call, and multi-channel sequences
Book qualified meetings with decision-makers
Qualify prospects on fit, pain, urgency, and authority
Keep CRM data clean and up to date
Hit weekly and monthly meeting targets
Test messaging, verticals, and channels continuously
Learn AdsGency’s product, customers, and market deeply
Incorporate feedback from AEs and founders to improve conversion
Partner closely with AEs to improve meeting quality
Work with RevOps to improve tooling and workflows
Help shape outbound playbooks as the team scales
Qualification
Required
0–3 years of experience in SDR / BDR / outbound sales
Comfort with cold outreach and rejection
Strong written and verbal communication skills
High energy, discipline, and follow-through
Coachable mindset and hunger to improve
Ability to move fast without losing quality
Preferred
Experience using Apollo, HubSpot, Clay, or similar tools
Startup or high-growth environment exposure
Interest in AI, SaaS, or AdTech
Desire to grow into an AE role quickly
