Meet with buyers to understand their needs, obtain signed buyer agreements, and identify suitable properties
Advocate for clients by negotiating offers and ensuring their interests are protected throughout the process
Utilize Command to log activities and efficiently manage your client pipeline
Follow up consistently to transform leads into scheduled appointments
Engage in weekly script rehearsals and professional development sessions to enhance your skills
Take part in team meetings and training programs designed to support your growth and sales targets
Work closely with sellers to secure listings and execute strategic marketing plans
Advise clients on pricing strategies, staging, and listing preparations to maximize property value
Qualification
Required
Active California Real Estate License
Strong written and verbal communication skills
