Responsibilities

Leading cross functional teams in order to deliver superior customer-centric solutions
Demonstrating an understanding for complex ideas, attentive listening and clear written and verbal communication at all organizational levels
Demonstrating leadership qualities by leading a project team through the phases of a project, taking responsibility for any obstacles, and making sure that these problems are resolved
Managing the customer relationship by building and maintaining a level of trust with the customer, serving as a customer advocate by committing to meet the expectations of the customer, and offering guidance and support in analyzing and solving customer problems
Acting independently as needed, providing leadership in delivering results for the organization and managing limited resources, demonstrating business acumen and a solutions mindset, rapidly assimilating and applying new information or knowledge, and demonstrating creativity and ingenuity in developing solutions to difficult delivery problems
