Provides training for departments that operate within or require access to Revenue Cycle Systems with the Cerner applications
Instrumental in the training of all Revenue Cycle representatives in every aspect of regulatory practices and basic registration
Conduct ongoing Revenue Cycle training
Serves as a liaison between the department/facility and its customers
Qualification
Required
Basic professional knowledge; equivalent to a Bachelor's degree
Working knowledge of theory and practice within a specialized field
1-3 years of experience
