Responsibilities

Own end-to-end content creation across eko’s key channels, including:
Website and landing pages
Case studies and blog posts
Social media content
Sales enablement materials
Translate Eko’s product capabilities and technology into clear, compelling, benefit-driven messaging tailored to e-commerce and marketing audiences
Maintain and evolve Eko’s brand voice and messaging consistency across all content touchpoints
Support demand generation and growth efforts by crafting high-impact copy and microcopy for campaigns, emails, and product launches
Ensure all content is optimized for SEO and GEO to increase qualified demand, organic visibility, and brand awareness
Collaborate closely with product, marketing, and leadership teams to align content with positioning and ICP needs
Turn complex ideas, data, and insights into simple, engaging narratives that drive understanding and action
Proactively identify content gaps and contribute strategic ideas, not just executions
Uphold high standards of quality, clarity, and consistency across all materials

Required

5–10 years of professional content writing experience, ideally with a focus on e-commerce and SaaS
Strong understanding of SEO best practices and content optimization
Excellent storytelling skills with meticulous attention to tone, grammar, and detail
Proven ability to create compelling, benefit-driven copy across multiple formats
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
Experience contributing to demand generation and growth initiatives
Must be available to work East Coast hours
