Responsibilities
Assist with procurement, purchases and requisitions, order tracking, payment requests, and data recording
Assist in travel arrangement and reimbursement requests for faculty, staff, students, and guests
Arrange and schedule in-person and virtual meetings, faculty and students conference registration
Monthly reallocation of ME departmental pro-card expenses
Coordinate co-op report evaluations
Monitor graduate program service account for applications/credentials
Supervise student assistants, assign duties, and monitor hours
Provide administrative support to communications team
Create and maintain electronic mailings and queries
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma/GED with four (4) years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Preferred
Detail-oriented
Highly organized
Excellent Microsoft Office skills
PeopleSoft/Workday HR skills
Possess strong written and verbal communication skills
